  比賽目標   
家是一個給我們既溫暖又安全的成長地方，每個家長都致力為子女提供一個更好的成長環境。
那麼究竟我們的小朋友心目中的理想家園又是怎樣呢 ?
就讓我們帶着期待的心來細看 、細賞他們利用畫筆發揮創意，畫出他們的 –「 夢想．家 」。

2018年12月1日 至 2019年1月15日 ( 以當地郵截為準 )

 

  參賽資格  

就讀於中學、小學及幼稚園 / 幼兒園的學生 
A 組 ( 幼兒組 )：4歲或以下
B 組 ( 兒童組 )：5–7歲
C 組 ( 少年組 )：8–12歲
D 組 ( 青年組 )：13–19歲 

 

  作品格式  

(1)  每人只可投稿一幅【 註 一 】；

(2) 尺寸為 29cm x 38cm (±1cm) 的白畫紙，參賽作品必須橫向創作；

(3) 各種媒介的平面繪畫創作均可，如：水粉畫、水彩畫、素描、蠟筆、鋼筆等之紙本作品 ( 凡不合尺寸/非紙本/直向/摺曲/貼上閃粉或立體之作品均不獲評審 ) 

 

  評審團  

由李潤桓教授【 註 二 】、黃新銳先生【 註 三 】等國際視覺藝術及設計專業人士與資深藝評家組成 

  評審標準  

主題表達、色彩運用、構圖設計、繪畫技巧、原創性、創意及個人風格等 ( 參賽作品必須為參賽者手筆，如非參賽者手筆，將被取消參賽資格 )

全免 ( 其他申請項目之費用請參閱【 註 四 】) 

 

  獎項  
【 個人獎項 】

各組別均設冠、亞、季軍，並獲頒發獎盃及紀念水杯 ( 印有其得獎作品 ) 各乙份；另設一等獎 (3%)、二等獎 (7%)、三等獎 (7%) 及 優異獎 (7%)〈 按參賽人數比例計算 〉

【 老師獎項 】
各組別冠、亞、季軍得獎者的指導老師，將獲頒【 指導老師獎 】，並獲頒發獎座乙個

【 團體獎項 】
學校及藝術團體各設冠、亞、季、殿軍獎項，並獲頒發獎盃乙座〈 按參賽人數及得獎人數之比例計算 〉 

** 所有得獎作品將輯錄於《  2019 國際青少年及兒童繪畫比賽．得獎作品集  -「夢想．家」》內，部分優秀作品更會公開展出 ** 

 

  得獎公佈  

得獎名單將於 2019年3月1日 網上公佈，得獎者將獲電郵通知 

 

  參賽方法  

(1)  個人參賽者必須於網上遞交報名表格；學校/藝術團體 - 請以 Excel 報名表格遞交 (e-mail 到 dc.icehk@gmail.com)，並
(2) 下載「參賽者標籤」，填妥後貼於作品背面，於 2018年12月1日 至 2019年1月15日 期間親身遞交或郵寄下列

開放時間：星期一至六 ( 10:15am – 1:00pm 及 2:00pm – 6:30pm )，星期日及公眾假期休息 

(2) 申請奬狀 、《 2019 國際青少年及兒童繪畫比賽．得獎作品集  -「夢想．家」》及展覽，需於 2019年3月1日 公佈賽果後，合資格人士 ( 得奬者 ) 方可申請，屆時將有電郵及 WhatsApp 通知

【 註 一 】
所有遞交的參賽作品之版權均屬主辦單位 ICEHK 擁有，並可能用於作品展覽相關的宣傳及網站紀錄之用等，主辦單位不須就上述權利向參賽者提供任何形式的補償。已遞交的參賽作品如欲發還，請於遞稿時作出申請；否則一概不會退回給參賽者。如在比賽規例上有任何爭議，主辦單位保留最終決定權。主辦單位有權修改比賽規例而無須事先知會參加者。

【 註 二 】
前香港中文大學藝術系系主任、教授，香港中文大學文物館名譽研究員，現任香港特別行政區康樂及文化事務署博物館專家顧問(中國書畫)、中國書協香港分會特邀顧問、香港蘭亭學會藝術顧問、香港書法家協會藝術顧問。

【 註 三 】
世界級資深畫家，曾入選巴黎秋季沙龍，香港當代藝術雙年展；於美國加州、三藩市、臺灣、香港等地展覽；作品更於佳士得拍賣。 

【 註 四 】

< 獎狀及獎牌 > : HK$180 (本港 - 頒獎日頒發；包行政及頒獎典禮入場費4-6人；費用不包郵寄)/US$40(海外 - 包行政及空郵費) 

< 取回作品 > : 遞交作品時申請為HK$150 (本港 - 包行政及平郵費)；結果公佈後申請為HK$200 (本港 - 包行政及平郵費)/US$35 (海外 - 包行政及空郵費)

The 10th International Drawing Competition of ICEHK 

 

THEME

Home Sweet Home

 

OBJECTIVE
Home is a place of warmth and safety for us to grow in. Every parent is devoted to providing a good environment for their children. So, what exactly is the ideal home for our children? Let us take a closer look and try to use the brush to create ideas to draw a “Dream Home”.
 

DATE OF SUBMISSION
1st December 2018 to 15th January 2019 (local postmark date) 

 

AGE GROUPS

Group A: age 4 or below

Group B: age 5 - 7

Group C: age 8 -12

Group D: age 13 -19 

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Each participant should NOT submit more than one entry.

Size: 29cm(H) x 38cm(W) (±1cm) on white paper horizontally.

All artwork must be two-dimensional (2D).

We accept poster color, watercolor, crayon, oil pastel, color pencil etc. as painting media,
but substandard size/non-paper/vertical/bend/paste glitter or 3D artworks will NOT be accepted. 

 

PANEL OF JUDGES
Prof. Lee Yun-woon, Mr. Sunny Sun Yui Wong and numbers of artists (The jury is composed of international professionals in visual arts & design and experienced jurors for children art competition.) 

 

SELECTION REQUIREMENTS

The judging will be based on the following criteria: Matching the Theme, Creativity, Aesthetic Perception, Art Form & Composition.

The results will be based on the professional judges’ final decision.

All work should be ORIGINAL without violation of copyright.

For winning artworks found to be violating copyright, the organizer has the right to amend the competition results and the party concerned will forfeit the prizes.

Champion, 1st Runner-up, 2nd Runner-up for each category and 1st Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize & Merit Prize

Champion, 1st Runner-up, 2nd Runner-up of each category

  Group Awards  
Champion, 1st Runner-up, 2nd Runner-up & 3rd Runner-up for Schools and Art Studios - according to the number of participants and prizes obtained

** All winning artworks will be collected in "HOME SWEET HOME" International Youth & Children Artwork Collection 2019. The winning and outstanding entries will be exhibited to the public.**

The copyright of all submitted entries will belong to the organizer and will be used for exhibition-related publicity and website record purposes. The organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of any disputes arising from these rules and reserves the right to change the rules without prior notification. 

 

RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT

The result will be announced on our website on 1st March 2019 and will be informed by e-mail.

 

HOW TO JOIN
(1) Individual entrants must submit the Application Form online; Schools/Art Studios must DOWNLOAD the EXCEL Application Form online and submit by e-mail to dc.icehk@gmail.com

(2) "Entry Label" should be cut and affixed on the back of artwork.

Submit the artwork to the following address in PERSON or by MAIL within the period of 1st December 2018 to 15th January 2019 - MAC Gallery (No. 50 A, G/F, Pai Tau Village, Shatin, New Territories, Hong Kong)

Please mark 2019 "HOME SWEET HOME" The 10th International Drawing Competition of ICEHK (Please do NOT FOLD) on the envelope.
