  • Fundamental Coaching principles in different settings; 

  • Building a Coaching relationship; 

  • Essential Coaching skills, including but not limited to 

    • Listening Skill – different levels of listening 

    • Questioning Skill – quality questioning / meta questioning 

    • Mirroring Skill – paraphrasing, summarizing and repeating meaningful words 

    • Support – building strong rapport, encouraging the coachee 

  • Giving Feedback – distinguishing feedback from judgment, positive feedback for development 

  • Goal Setting – setting attainable and measurable goals;

  • High impact Coaching process; 

  • Coaching languages, voices and tones; 

  • Coaching in the corporate environment to enhance work performance; 

  • Case studies and group practices 

  • Code of ethics and professional standards
